Shipping policy

SHIPPING OPTIONS: Shipments will be made via courier companies that you can select on our website: FedEx and DHL. Please note that shipping options depend on the courier company's coverage.

*We ship worldwide, but some countries, such as the UAE, Korea, Australia, etc,  require a different process for shipping labels. If you are in one of these countries, please email us at hello@amorastudio.mx to complete your order.

COSTS: Please note that costs are determined directly by the courier company selected, and Amora has no influence on these costs.

DELIVERY TIMES: The aforementioned courier companies offer premium services, with next-day delivery, as well as standard services. Remember that it must be a permanent address or an address where the customer will be staying for more than two weeks (10 business days). No PO Box. 

TAXES & CUSTOMS: Due to international regulations and customs procedures, we are not responsible for any additional shipping charges or delays caused by customs inspections, which may extend the delivery time.
